At Blossom Street Honey, we want you to be delighted with your purchase of our local honey and honey wines. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options.

Terms of Return

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unsealed, and in their original condition. No returns will be accepted for opened or unsealed packages.

Reasons for Return

Returns are permitted only if the product arrives damaged or opened during shipping.

Process for Return

If your package arrives damaged or opened, please email us at orders@blossomstreethoney.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged or opened package along with your order number in your email.

Process of Refund

Once we receive your email and verify the issue with photos and order details, we are open to finding a solution, which may include a full or partial refund, or shipment of new product.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
